What are the best aspects of this product?
With Zoho Survey we can easily create and build surveys. In addition, the other thing that I like most is that I can pre-populate fields that are within the CRM. You can set up integration with CRM and this means that the information automatically populate the proper fields of the CRM..
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven’t found something to dislike about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The most important benefit for me is that it is connected with the CRM. It allows me to send endless surveys and the answer are automatically filled. It saves me lots of time and it helps me to increase the productivity.
