What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like Zoho Survey and I have to say that this is one of my favorite tool to create and launch surveys. I can use it for simple or complex data collection, the data is always accurate and accessible. You can choose from its data formats for various needs. I often use CSV format. Zoho Survey offers great integrations with other products and it allows me to organize surveys so it can meet our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be pricy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to collect internal personal data, I can set up surveys and create them the way that suits my needs.
