What are the best aspects of this product?

The surveys made connect directly to customers. The tools is simple to utilize. It can easily be integrated into different platforms. It's helpful in keeping questions uniformed. It also stores details on the customers who answered the surveys.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customing the artistic part of the survey is a bit restricted. But for the rest, the program is simple to utilize. So far, I only have one complaint with the tool. But I do hope it can improve on this moving forward. Maybe future updates will allow for more customization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides us with the ability to have organized reporting of catalogue campaigns. It can be tremendously beneficial in keeping all questions uniformed for all customers especially when numbers are required. Details of every customer are stored.
