What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love most with this survey tool is how it's directly integrated with Zoho CRM. It appears as if it'll let us perform precisely what we desire for it do once we upgrade this tool. Our primary goal here is to have the responses integrated with the leads module that we have on CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like its Google Sheets integration. When we ran the tool using via the free trial, the survey done had a bunch of statements that left a lot of questions unanswered as a result of the different path the respondent has taken. Looking at Google Sheets, it had a ton of blanks as a result of the unanswered questions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm working with a company called DJ Agency. We're trying to come up with an interacting booking page where customers can simply fill out a questionaire regarding the current event. These would be emailed to us for follow-ups when it comes to them making their booking.
