What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Zoho Survey offers great integration with other Zoho systems. I can easily get additional data from other systems by using one account. Also, it provides great templates and you can use them to create the surveys so they can be more eye-catching to our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could imporve the design of the interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it to get information about my customers and to know what they need and want to read from me. Thanks to those surveys I can make better decisions based on my clients’ feedback. The surveys are easy to build and this means that they don’t take much time.
