What are the best aspects of this product?

It has great features to work with when you want to manage a meeting. When it comes to screen sharing, you can achieve tis with ease. You will be able to share screen with multiple people at the same time and conduct your meeting in the best way possible. Apart from that, there is the sharing of duties remotely. The quality of the video and sound is impeccable which facilitates the success of your meeting. On the same case, you can record a file or a session or download a chat for the purpose of references. It only takes you a few minutes to join the meeting. The tool offers you a feature that sends a reminder on when the meeting will be for the purpose of convenience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It works well with meetings. However, when it comes to polls and getting the results afterwards, this tool does not offer such functionality. It does not make sense to hold polls when you cannot download the results. For Zoom the attendees have to register in order to download the results of the polls. This adds to the complication as we do not desire for them to register. It would be better if the developers of Zoom would include such functionality in this tool to help capture and download the results after a poll. At the moment, I am not using this feature as it does not offer the user a chance to download the results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has worked for us in a great way. We can now undertake a project without all of us being in same room all the time. Our project team members can collaborate with ease. Zoom offers reliable features to help achieve this as we can share chats, screens and ideas on the same platform. When everyone is on board, we can discuss ideas, agree on the way forward and stay on track depending on the project that is on the table. Zoom also helps us to identify members who are present in the meeting, which has made our work easier. In shot we have become more flexible in how we communicate with team members.
