It is an all-round tool when it comes to sharing of screen with others. For a beginner, the learning curve is barely there. You only need a URL to get started right away and start sharing screens with others. The idea of a tool takes into consideration the essence of wanting to move quickly in term of navigating how the tool works is made possible with Zoom. The set up and usability is simple as the interface is friendly. You do not need to know much about it in order to use it. I find the pricing to be affordable and reasonable to great extent as not everyone in the meeting will require subscribing to the tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not all smooth when it comes to using Zoom for your online meetings or collaboration with other people. It has some bits of things that most people find difficult to get by. It can be difficult to manage the screen in terms of the controls. When you want to see who you are sharing the screen and what is being shared, it can be a daunting task. Another thing is when you are in a meeting with many people. The tool can be difficult to manage all those people in that meeting and everything becomes unclear. When they start talking as the voice chats overlap, making it hard to pick up what they are saying. It takes time and practice to learn how the dial-in functionality works in the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has managed to help us in running our business operations with ease. We manage a remote team that is located in different places. This means that Zoom helps us to hold meetings and execute our operations with ease. We no longer have to worry about holding conference calls every now and then in order to bring everyone up to speed. Zoom has come out as the best tool to share and collaborate with other team members whenever we are working on a project. This has necessitated the need to do away with conference calls, as the latter is inefficient when you compare with Zoom.
