What are the best aspects of this product?

I teach courses online and the best way to be successful at this is to find a tool that is in line with your objectives. Since I deal with small groups of students in my practice, it is good to make sure that they get to discuss the subject within themselves. Zoom has allowed me to achieve this without much hustle. Students can learn from each other as I impact knowledge through online teaching. Zoom is the only tool that does that in the market when you compare it with other similar tools. It is easy to set up the tool and meetings based on the number of students you want in a group. This makes your work easier thanks to Zoom.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is all good once you get the hang of Zoom. Your meetings will no longer be the same as it offers a friendly user experience. Students are able to share and discuss a topic you have taught them, which facilitates quality learning. Since it is online based, you do not have to bring students in the same room in order to learn. However, the invitation reminder is not that attractive. I did not like how the invitations appeared to the user or students. It would be nice if they offered a ring feature option where a ring appears on the screen once you are invited to join the meeting. This would look more professional than what is there at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is reliable in all ways. Since my work is to offer knowledge or team online I can now do that with ease using Zoom. It provides a way for students to break in small groups, which contributes to the success of my practice. I can set up objectives in my online teaching session and achieve it without much hustle. The screen sharing feature has made it possible for me to collaborate with my students, which makes learning easier. Students can share ideas and discuss a topic amongst themselves. It is free to the users and offers a way for one to record chats and conversation where you can later download for future reference. It is also mobile compatible which adds to its flexibility in use.
