Reliable when holding meetings remotely

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has made things easy on my part. The tool is user friendly which means that you do not have to take too long to know how to navigate the features. It is simple and offers a reliable platform on which you can join meetings and collaborate with your team easily. The mobile application of the Zoom is what makes things look simple. I do not have to be constrained to my desktop in order to use this product. I can join in meetings while on the move which has made my work easy. It allows me to be flexible when holding conference meetings s I can use my phone to do that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is hard to find something negative about this product. It has become a prominent part of my meetings as I do not have to worry where I am or where other members are. I can execute a conference call right from my phone thanks to the mobile app Zoom has. I travel a lot and thus get the best out of this app as I can install it on my phone. Zoom can therefore play a huge role in terms of collaboration and communication with your team while you are on the move. If you frequently travel, this tool brings out the best in you as you do not get to miss a thing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made it possible to manage virtual interviews on the go. Since I am a travel junkie, I need a tool that will be more flexible when it comes to holding such interviews. Zoom has allowed me to do that which has made my work easier. It is also easy to set up on the mobile phone which adds to the convenience. With Zoom mobile app, I can complete interviews and not have to worry where I am. I can travel knowing that nothing will go wrong as I have Zoom to take care of my virtual meetings and interviews.
