What are the best aspects of this product?
The quality of the product and customer support could not be any better. The pricing, including the FREEmium model is superb! There's no legitimate comparison for doing video webinars with up to 100 participants [who can jump into the conversation, unless muted by the moderator] WHILE also simultaneously conducting livestream video for the masses [who can submit emoticons and type in their comments] via Facebook Live or YouTube.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
ZOOM could maybe be promoted more so that more people adopted it faster.
It would be great if there was not still a lingering need to convince people to adopt ZOOM now ... or to eliminate any doubt that ZOOM will completely own this space.
The quicker that the world standardizes on Zoom the better.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would hope that ZOOM continues to execute as it has ... with the same pricing structure.

Affordable, high reliability hosting of video webinars for invited participants in a manner that ALSO allows for sharing the meeting in realtime with the masses via Facebook and YouTube livestreaming.

Skype is too expensive and difficult to implement live events with Facebook and YouTube across different user's platforms, ie Skype support is what one would expect from Microsoft (ie the reason businesses leave Microsoft even though their people are used to putting up with the lousy product).
