Terrible customer service

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoom is very good to use for recording and even meeting live with others. I did not have a problem with it when I first used it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customer service was terrible. I sent a email asking for help on recording my video. I looked at the articles and videos explaining how to enable recording and it was not working every time I tried it would take me to the settings. I was waiting and waiting for the email when finally it returned...TWO MONTHS LATER! Yes it took then two whole months to return my email, and when they finally did, it was a generic ‘read this article’ email. Not only did I not receive the help I needed it took them two months to even respond. I definitely would not recommend this product if this is how they treat their customers.
