What are the best aspects of this product?

Anyone, regardless of device, may participate in Zoom sessions as a guest. Anyone may host a conference from any device, and then send invites to anyone they wish to attend by email if they don't use Zoom, or add a list of attendees from their contacts list. Zoom is ideal for webinars since it supports presentations of any file format. To begin a presentation right away, add the slides you've made in PowerPoint or Slide into the task area. You may establish rooms with any number of people, which is quite useful for having separate rooms for different themes of conversation. For sharing reasons, screen sharing may be done in one-on-one conversations or in conference rooms. Zoom lets users who work with several displays select between sharing a single window or a certain monitor, which shares the complete screen with all participants.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A second message box should appear informing attendees that the camera will be switched on when they arrive at the meeting, so they may prepare and modify their appearance. The only difficulty I frequently encounter is the meeting time constraint of 40 minutes. Sometimes I get a connection, such as when I require a good connection, WIFI, or when I use my phone as a modem.
