What are the best aspects of this product?

UI is very user-friendly and a big help when it comes to seeking target contacts. There's really nothing much to improve on with this system. It fares way better than other database systems due to its incredible precision and contacts quality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple negatives that I recently spotted: old contacts are still found within my account's database. Next, several e-mail addresses weren't updated or are no longer seen in contacts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ZoomInfo should be the go-to system for generating leads since contacts and the database within are vast. What's good about it is how easy then can searched and extracted. This allows for simpler contact research and and lead generation.
