PROS: This platform does an excellent job in providing complete and accurate information. It's easy to access and lists are concentrated. Connectivity with salesforce.com is excellent. Their latests LinkedIn connection is an unexpected gem!

CONS: There are a number of things I like with ZoomInfo. I use it constantly. It's a dream to dive into free data, but doing so won't land them capital on precise and consistent enhancement path that's highly exciting.

PROS: The concept: Access to contacts, telephone numbers and email addresses. It would be a great product with better data and different management.

CONS: Limited and inadequate data in my categories. Bad emails and phone numbers. Dishonest claims. Indifferent management.

PROS: I like that I can import contact information from Linkedln by using ReachOut tool. Also, this tool allows me to import data like a contact instead as a lead, and this helps us to gain lot of benefits from this tool. We have done large contact updates and its customer support team was extremely helpful during the process.

CONS: They could improve the layout of the site because it can be little clunky. We often use Zoominfo window within the both Contact and Account pages into the SF but we use the website for doing some advanced searches.

PROS: UI is very user-friendly and a big help when it comes to seeking target contacts. There's really nothing much to improve on with this system. It fares way better than other database systems due to its incredible precision and contacts quality.

CONS: A couple negatives that I recently spotted: old contacts are still found within my account's database. Next, several e-mail addresses weren't updated or are no longer seen in contacts.

PROS: I like how, after signing up, Alex (ZoomInfo's account executive), extended a helping hand to help what I really needed. He even took the time to help me achieve my goals efficiently and swiftly.

CONS: When it comes to the platform, nothing really. If I had to make one negative comment, it would be ZoomInfo not letting my buddy Alex fly out an SF event (when we generously paid for them). It would've been worthwhile to see the guy in person.

PROS: It gets rid of the cold calling process most of the time. Despite the information being a bit outdated, it still initiates a conversation with those from the higher-up compared to an office manager. Everything is superb with this tool. Salesforce compatiblity is a bonus! It's also intuitive.

CONS: There's nothing that I dislike with ZoomInfo. Everything from pricing to customer service to its own tool are all on par!

PROS: We like how squeaky clean and simple the UI is. Regardless if it's via an internet-based app or integration of Salesforce, it's a highly intuitive user experience. Plus it's simple to utilize.

CONS: Profile details of a company could use some extended work in terms of comprehensiveness and details. It's a waste of time going through results of a company via integation with Salesforce when you've already been handed out results in landing the right match.

PROS: ZoomInfo may sound “too good to be true” software, but the truth is this tool is one of the best in the market today. I tried other tools and I can surely say that I’m not very satisfied from them. Zoominfo is prospecting tool that makes everything simple and easy. I’m using this software for 3 years and I’m very satisfied from it and its customer support team.

CONS: I needed an extra visibility for my sales department, we really needed a tool that would help us to justify our investment. Thankfully, its customer support team is always open to ideas and complaints and they managed to provide us with what we need. So at this very moment I don’t have dislikes about it.

PROS: The business intelligence software is user friendly and easy to set-up. If you are searching for a tool that would help you to increase your professional network then you should try Zoominfo. This tool does the job. I haven’t run into some issues or concern regarding this tool. I look forward to use this tool in the feature because I believe in its capacity.

CONS: I don’t have complaints about this tool, even my colleagues are working with Zoom info and they are really satisfied. I really like to use this tool in the feature.

PROS: This tool is great for evaluating a lead and account data, it allows you to conduct a scale test so you can measure data quality and integrity. The system is easy to use and it provides an integration with top 3 players in the market. One thing you should know is the fact that there are more than 1000’s of vendors that offer various levels of success but the truth is that your success depends on your data’s success. The scale test that Zoominfo offers is 25% more accurate than its competitors. It allows us to drive pipeline generation through marketing and outbound sales methodologies in order to increase our successes. Zoominfo is N.1 within our organization when it comes to increasing our success whether we use it as on-demand resource or account data or to re-nourish database with top leads it, it does the job successfully.

CONS: We cannot pull into a column upon export.

PROS: This tool is highly intuitive and takes you in the middle of info chaos to get what's needed. I like how I can completely trust everything it does. Based on my observation, data is updated and content suppression functions really well. Their support is so awesome!

CONS: I experienced a bit of a bump pushing things forward, but that could possibly be the result of a certain use case. After meeting with ZoomInfo's people, I was able to do everything without a hitch.

PROS: Zoominfo is easy to use solution and it provides accurate data, even the list building function is easy to do and extremely useful, I also like the integration with Salesforce. When it comes to price the tool is affordable compared to other similar services. We use this tool daily especially when there are new leads and for adding additional data points and validating data in order to build the profiles. It is easy to do and it helps us to increase the number of prospects by finding their email addresses and phone numbers. It allows us to assess company profile information so we can easily identify best prospects and work more productively. We are able to classify our leads by size, geography and industry.

CONS: Sometimes the data is not well updated and the rate is not always ideal.

PROS: We use Zoominfo for more than 5 years, it has wonderful integration with Salesforce and it allows us to validate or find protect information on demand. We also use this tool for our prospecting database. We have tried other tools but they haven’t delivered data as accurate and cost effective as this tool. In addition, the customer service is extremely helpful and they work along with us especially when it comes to pricing, contract terms and on other tasks.

CONS: I cannot really think of something to dislike about Zoominfo, because we have tried other tools beside this one but they weren’t as intuitive and helpful as Zoominfo solution.

PROS: What I like most about this tool is the fact that it provides us with accurate information including direct phone lines and email addresses. Thanks to Zoominfo I haven’t spoken to the gatekeeper which is great thing for a salesperson. Also, the other thing that I like is the search criteria which is detailed and useful when it comes to targeting specific industries, geographic locations and members of any department. I am very satisfied form its customer support team especially from Alex and Eric they were always responsive and helpful whenever we run into some issues, they always care about our needs.

CONS: The integration with Salesforce is great but it would be great if we can mass export without the need of creating a list, it would be great if we could take a page from search results and select all in order to export everything into Salesforce.
