What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can import contact information from Linkedln by using ReachOut tool. Also, this tool allows me to import data like a contact instead as a lead, and this helps us to gain lot of benefits from this tool. We have done large contact updates and its customer support team was extremely helpful during the process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the layout of the site because it can be little clunky. We often use Zoominfo window within the both Contact and Account pages into the SF but we use the website for doing some advanced searches.
