What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how, after signing up, Alex (ZoomInfo's account executive), extended a helping hand to help what I really needed. He even took the time to help me achieve my goals efficiently and swiftly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to the platform, nothing really. If I had to make one negative comment, it would be ZoomInfo not letting my buddy Alex fly out an SF event (when we generously paid for them). It would've been worthwhile to see the guy in person.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For marketing sales and other reasons, making use of ZoomInfo would mean lesser effort and time exerted in grabbing e-mail addresses manually. That means, shiftng time dealing with clients and closing.
