What are the best aspects of this product?
It gets rid of the cold calling process most of the time. Despite the information being a bit outdated, it still initiates a conversation with those from the higher-up compared to an office manager. Everything is superb with this tool. Salesforce compatiblity is a bonus! It's also intuitive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing that I dislike with ZoomInfo. Everything from pricing to customer service to its own tool are all on par!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm trying to find ways to curb too much time wasted on different data cyber sources, when all it takes is a single method. It does a treemendous job with the cold calling process. A cold call would normally take anywhere from 1 to 5 calls before knowing where you're at. With this tool, I'm able to accomplish under 2 calls every time (if not taking the initial call).
