What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is highly intuitive and takes you in the middle of info chaos to get what's needed. I like how I can completely trust everything it does. Based on my observation, data is updated and content suppression functions really well. Their support is so awesome!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I experienced a bit of a bump pushing things forward, but that could possibly be the result of a certain use case. After meeting with ZoomInfo's people, I was able to do everything without a hitch.
