What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoominfo is easy to use solution and it provides accurate data, even the list building function is easy to do and extremely useful, I also like the integration with Salesforce. When it comes to price the tool is affordable compared to other similar services. We use this tool daily especially when there are new leads and for adding additional data points and validating data in order to build the profiles. It is easy to do and it helps us to increase the number of prospects by finding their email addresses and phone numbers. It allows us to assess company profile information so we can easily identify best prospects and work more productively. We are able to classify our leads by size, geography and industry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the data is not well updated and the rate is not always ideal.
