We use Zoominfo on a daily basis, we cannot imagine our workday without it

What are the best aspects of this product?

ZoomInfo may sound “too good to be true” software, but the truth is this tool is one of the best in the market today. I tried other tools and I can surely say that I’m not very satisfied from them. Zoominfo is prospecting tool that makes everything simple and easy. I’m using this software for 3 years and I’m very satisfied from it and its customer support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I needed an extra visibility for my sales department, we really needed a tool that would help us to justify our investment. Thankfully, its customer support team is always open to ideas and complaints and they managed to provide us with what we need. So at this very moment I don’t have dislikes about it.
