What are the best aspects of this product?
We moved to Zuora from very complex and inflexible platform. Zuora provides us with great features and we definitely love this software. We are allowed to create a custom workflow with rate plans and subscriptions. Great integration with Salesforce. This software allows us an easy access to subscriptions, invoices and customer details. We are provided with detailed reporting and analytics.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The support team is good but it takes to much time to resolve some issues. Also, the product is inflexible when it comes to custom requirements.

Zuora helped us to reduce time from quoting to realizing the revenue. And helped us to streamline the Quote to cash through automation.
