Pros: Zuora has made an integration with Salesforce. With standard reporting features we are allowed to see our critical subscription metrics. With quoting module we build a robust process for sales so we can see the progress of our pricing and discounting strategies.

Cons: I would like to see some improvements in revenue recognition features. However, there are lot of improvements in Zuora.

Pros: We moved to Zuora from very complex and inflexible platform. Zuora provides us with great features and we definitely love this software. We are allowed to create a custom workflow with rate plans and subscriptions. Great integration with Salesforce. This software allows us an easy access to subscriptions, invoices and customer details. We are provided with detailed reporting and analytics.

Cons: The support team is good but it takes to much time to resolve some issues. Also, the product is inflexible when it comes to custom requirements.

With Zuora we can put clients into batches and this is great for easier invoicing, we are able to put clients into a credit card batch for those who pay via credit, also...
