What are the best aspects of this product?
Zuora offers great integration with Salesforce, once we got the rules everything was easy. Also, we are able to set roles, we can set certain task to each user role, and the others are able to view the billing data. Doesn’t show the full credit card number and that means that the software is confidential.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see improvements in their reporting features, also the interface where you can create reports is not simple and you need to search for tools.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Zuora, we managed to provide our customers with more personalized shop experience where they can shop for their subscriptions with easy billing. We use api calls thanks to integration with Salesforce.
