Zuora is intuitive and easy to set up. Their support team is excellent, they helped for sales implementation to support and they worry for their customer success management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We need some features for translation, Zuora offers limited beta version for translating, but the features are limited. They need to include REST API and e-commerce and custom integrations. But the good thing is, Zuora is trying their best to improve the product. This Z-spotlight will help in solving many issues.

Zuora helped us to transfer from our traditional sales offerings into more complex portfolio. The software helps us to handle various rate plans and products, and this helps us to up-sell support and license add-on so the customer can adapt their level of engagement.
