Zuora is user-friendly, responsive, and easy to set-up and what’s important they are open to new ideas and suggestion, they made important changes and customizations. They really listen their customer needs. Zuora makes our business easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When I start to work with Zuora for the second time, I found that their support team were less responsive. I was facing with many issues and bugs. They need to focus more on quality instead launching the product quickly without testing it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zuora helps in managing our subscription, we keep track when to make renewals, how to make them, price books, discounts, and approvals. It helps to simplify and streamline our whole process.
