PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zuora has made an integration with Salesforce. With standard reporting features we are allowed to see our critical subscription metrics. With quoting module we build a robust process for sales so we can see the progress of our pricing and discounting strategies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see some improvements in revenue recognition features. However, there are lot of improvements in Zuora.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zuora helped us to reduce the time for billing engine process. We are able to spread the billing through the whole month by using anniversary billing cycles. We have improved our data points that helps us to keep track our business.
