What are the best aspects of this product?
The application is easy to use across the user base, i.e. for the admin and front-end users. The wide array of modules, features and functionality ensure that Zuper can be the right fit for any industry.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The quotations and invoices modules could be enhanced to support accounting needs of small businesses, this will allow small business to only run on Zuper without having the need to bring on another accounting tool.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see consolidation of organizations and customers modules into one module for contracts. Additionally, it would be great if there was a vendor management module.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to organize all service and delivery visits, track time spent in travel and on job, enhance customer experience with live tracking and overall improve operational efficiency with system assisted scheduling and alerts.
