Quite honestly, this site hosting service is horrible. I've been with them for less than six months and I'm pulling my hair out in frustration. If you're looking for a basic template, it may be fine. If you want to change anything though, like something as simple as a font color, be prepared for a nightmare of an experience. There are many flaws in their program. I've identified many to them, through their equally horrible Customer Service, and I'm either ignored completely, or I get the line "it's at the server level and cannot be changed." How ridiculous, and insulting! Now I'm having problems with emails. I receive an email from a potential customer, and when I try to respond, I get a message saying the eHost server cannot relay messages. WTF!? I called customer service on this issue, and they actually asked me for my email login and PASSWORD!!! Have you ever heard of a legitimate company asking for your password? Unbelievable! I was told this was needed to "replicate the issue," yet the problem was not with what was happening in my eHost email, but what was happening on the recipient side- their email. My password could not possibly be helpful in that case at all. Either the CS rep was incompetent, or something else is going on. Regardless, I left (once again) frustrated and without resolution. There are many good hosting sites out there, but eHost is not one of them. My advice? Stay far away. I'll be leaving as well, as soon as I can get another site built.

Overall impression

Pros: Live Chat feature Helpful Tech & Billing staff More features for less

Cons: You have to be careful with leaving your Credit Card info., their auto renew or charging feature is bad, considering their website not being very informative enough, customers can easily pay more or sometimes end up irrelevant charges if you're not careful.

They don't have servers near Asia.
