2. Amazon and other MarketPlace interface / Online and offline Integration

Many small and medium-sized enterprises struggle to manage their marketplace transactions, as they had to process nearly 800 to 1000 orders per day along with Stock updates & Payment reconciliations. With AcTouch, users can use an Interface to a TextLocal and inbound SMS is processed and based on certain conditions, the orders are taken. Once the order is accepted, it’s processed and items are shipped. On top of that, AcTouch allows users to accept issues tickets and track them to a closure and interfaced it to their web portal.
