Accolent ERP provides users with eCommerce capabilities that enable them to sell products to their wholesale customers and retail site visitors online. As they place their orders, the application allows them to put items in shopping carts, look up freight rates, as well as, choose a freight carrier to ship the items.

Accolent ERP also provides a wireless warehouse management system that enables users to manage purchase orders, check inventory and set stock levels, and fulfill orders efficiently. By using wireless WMS devices, such as fork-lift mounted tablets paired with Bluetooth-enabled scanning guns or all-in-one handheld devices, users will be able to receive or return purchase orders, transfer and distribute products, and count inventory accurately and efficiently.  They will be able to pick, pack, and prepare orders wirelessly using the system.

In addition, Accolent ERP offers accounting functionalities that aid users track their sales, income, and expenditures. They can also manage customer and vendor payments using such functionalities, as well as, perform resource and budget allocation. Users will be able to identify their customers’ unpaid invoices and unused credit memos,  as they can view customer account details on one screen.

In managing their expenses and accounts payable, users can organize their payments to vendors based on due dates or any priority they set. Also, as they write checks and send payments to their vendors, the software enables them to select vendor invoices easily.
