CONS: They should keep a large amount of historical data of each system that it caters to. Changing the overall UI would be a good idea to consider in the upcoming months.

PROS: AppNeta is one of a kind app that helps your IT team oversee the condition of each of your Cloud-based apps utilized within the business. It is capable of providing support to a large number of computers, even from a remote location.
CONS: I suggest that they put a certain threshold on the number of apps that should be monitored to be more comfortable for our staff to troubleshoot issues. I can be overwhelming if multiple problems start to arise, which can happen any time of the day.
It makes it easier to diagnose network-related issues that can cause financial losses within the business.

PROS: We find high value in utilizing AppNeta in helping us monitor any ongoing activities within our network. It helps identify tools that cause the system to slow down, thus affecting all employees' productivity and output. I was hesitant about acquiring this software, but I eventually changed my mind when I realized its full benefits to helping the business grow.
CONS: The downside of using AppNeta is it can slow down your Internet connectivity because of the required bandwidth to keep it running smoothly. It can cause latency at certain intervals, which can make users feel frustrated at times. Also, I suggest that they should offer potential clients a free trial period so they can determine if the product works for them or not.
