CONS: They should keep a large amount of historical data of each system that it caters to. Changing the overall UI would be a good idea to consider in the upcoming months.

PROS: Navigating and familiarizing the tool has never been a problem for us. Besides, anyone can be an expert with AppNet even if they don't have a background in coding or programming.
CONS: They should consider improving the layouts of their current reporting structure so more of their clients can appreciate the purpose of having AppNeta in their workplace.

PROS: AppNeta is one of a kind app that helps your IT team oversee the condition of each of your Cloud-based apps utilized within the business. It is capable of providing support to a large number of computers, even from a remote location.
CONS: I suggest that they put a certain threshold on the number of apps that should be monitored to be more comfortable for our staff to troubleshoot issues. I can be overwhelming if multiple problems start to arise, which can happen any time of the day.
It makes it easier to diagnose network-related issues that can cause financial losses within the business.
