Armatic Success – integrated NPS surveys and feedback components

PROS: One thing that I love about this software is its eSign feature. I also highly appreciate the freedom and control that it gives its users over cadences and messages to customers. I have tried using similar products and nothing beats Armatic in this regard.
CONS: I haven’t encountered any major issues with regard to the use of this product. I only wish there were more options available for customizing quote forms.

PROS: Armatic is a better choice than most of its competitors given that it offers outstanding service at a more affordable price. On top of that, they offered us months of free trial to be able to assess if their product will work for us. It did, and it has saved us a lot of resources.
CONS: We haven’t encountered any major technical issues while using their platform but we think it would be better if they would work on their desktop platform for it to be on par with their mobile version.

PROS: We very much appreciate how their support team worked with us to configure their platform for it to best fit our company’s billing automation needs. We were also able to eliminate the need for another CRM tool and now use this platform as our central database.
