Bloomerang CRM Review

PROS: Bloomerang gives the data you need, makes it easier for us to understand and keep up! Very easy to use, data is on the dashboard, and we can categorize customers in buckets and create a "game plan" per bucket.

CONS: The household feature is a bit difficult to manage. Couples can be enjoined in one account instead of each person having a personal account then enjoined in one household.

PROS: Easy to learn, has a lot of features, totally made my experience with managing fundraising events more efficient.

CONS: Learning to use Zapier.

PROS: The application is so seamless! Keeping track of donors has been easier because it just updates automatically and it does not need much effort from the user.

CONS: Templates for transferring data is a bit tedious.

PROS: So easy to use and very intuitive! The dashboard has the basic information you need. You can create email templates for automatic emails. The database is amazing and very accessible. Plus, their support is always helpful.

CONS: Nothing, I love the app.

PROS: Bloomerang with all its features is well worth the money. It is easy to transact with donors. When making payments, for example, it goes easily with the contact's account in real time.

CONS: Creating reports is a bit challenging but we are getting used to it.

PROS: What I love about them is they listen. They ask for feedback from users and their updates are always so amazing: mobile app, integration with Mailchimp, automated donor surveys, Stripe, Qgiv, etc. With every update, they also provide webinars and training.

CONS: Pretty minor: the design of the donation box is not sophisticated enough for me. And I would like to have the dashboard be updated in real-time.

PROS: Bloomerang has definitely helped me in making an organized way of managing fundraising events and organizations. Bloomerang is very easy to learn how to use and their pricing is reasonable. The application helps in a lot of areas like registration, donations, record-keeping, tour ticketing, managing volunteers and memberships, etc. The app integrates very well with the tools, especially when the system automatically updates the donor files when donations and emails are sent. And with the addition of MailChimp we can create intricate emails.

CONS: If you are running mostly events-based fundraising, it would be better to look for other applications.

PROS: Easy to keep track of tasks needed to do per donor, creating reports is quite handy, and creating emails have been very helpful.

CONS: Data when creating reports: when I try to generate a report with financial detail it does not provide much donor info and vice versa. I hope we can generate a report with both details of the donors and finances.

PROS: This application has been the best I have encountered (and I have used a lot of donor databases)! Well worth the money because it has the features that we pay separately or use a different app from our previous database app. All in one place, so easy to use, and overall a great switch!

CONS: It is on the expensive side but it is worth the money for all the inclusions and features that it gives.

PROS: Bloomerang is more intuitive than most CRMs I have used so far. We can record every interaction we had with donors (phone calls, emails, thank-yous, etc.) which results in building better relationships with our donors.

CONS: The payment gateway can be improved.

PROS: This is the best donor management application that I ever used! It has all the information and data you need yet it is so user-friendly. Tracking has never been easy with Bloomerang--I can create comprehensive reports with data that I can filter depending on the need. Accessibility. Their support is also so accessible, one chat away, and they provide webinars and articles. And, they have a mobile app.

CONS: Filtering reports. Still easier than other apps to generate reports though.

PROS: Bloomerang incredibly improved our productivity but what I really love about them is their people--the sales rep still checks in on me after a year of making the sale and their chat reps are always so accomodating and really helpful.

CONS: Bloomerang lacks event management features.

PROS: Bloomerang has a lot of amazing features but what stands out to me is the reporting feature--so easy to use and the data it provides are comprehensive and always accessible. It greatly improved our interactions with donors. I love that it is web-based. And they always check in with us on what needs to be improved and they deliver.

CONS: We fixed the issue already but I would like Bloomerang to have a feature that would be like a dashboard for on-air fundraisers.

PROS: An overall easy to use, simple yet comprehensive app. The reporting feature takes a bit of time to learn to use but once you get used to it, it gets easier and much more functional. They also have templates for generating reports but you can also customize them. Their chat support is commendable. They respond immediately, full of information, and they do not let go until the problem is fixed. They are also great with following up.

CONS: Creating reports. Although it is highly customizable, there are still limitations, like, when generating transaction reports, it does present the data as consolidated, instead, it presents it one-by-one by transaction, for a given year.

PROS: Easy to use, and learn how to use. My favorite is their email feature. They are integrated with Mail Chimp so it is a big plus and it does its job without lapses.

CONS: The database feature is a bit overwhelming for me. It would be helpful if it could be more simplified.

PROS: They are always improving their features and services. I love the interaction that we have become more transparent using Bloomerang, we have improved our interactions with donors. The automatic email sent to donors when they make transactions like sending donations helped saves us time.

CONS: None, I love the product.

PROS: I love Bloomerang! All of the information that we need is in one place and communication with our donors have been smoother since we used it.

CONS: None, everything is perfect. And if we do experience a problem, we can just call or chat with their support team.

PROS: We have become much more engaging with our donors since we started Bloomerang. Even with the little workforce in the organization, it is still manageable through Bloomerang.

CONS: None so far, there is nothing I dislike about Bloomerang.
