Breeze is a web-based, intuitive and easy-to-use church management system suitable for small-medium churches. Being a cloud-based solution, the software does not require users to install anything or invest in new hardware. The affordable, yet comprehensive software offers a simple pricing model and all the features without any limitations, setup or termination fees and the option to cancel anytime.

The intuitive user interface allows quickly searching and finding contact information, while also allowing storing unlimited information using custom fields. It’s also easy to tag a group of people and finding them using different criteria. PROS: With Breeze, it's so easy for me and my team to track attendees using our mobile phones or computer. Among my team, I can assign different roles that I can customize. Some of them can have full access as I do, so they can also view our data and edit it. The others can just take attendance for our church attendees. Another thing I like about Breeze is that I can also have all the individual information of our congregation on one platform, and then email them all or assign them in groups. It's easier for me to come up with reports accordingly.

CONS: It would be great for the mobile app and desktop versions t sync up in real-time so they can contain the same information at all times, especially if there are several of us using it at the same time.

PROS: It's useful that we have lanyards with scan-ready codes, instead of taking time to search for each person that enters.

CONS: Volunteer scheduling could be improved and be made easier to understand, otherwise, the tendency is that we're being penalized for exceeding our volunteer allotment.

PROS: We've been using this for more than a year now and have been grateful to their customer support team's help. They're always on hand to respond to our concerns or special requests to help make our experience with the software loads better.

CONS: Glitches on the iPhone version of the app could be improved. Sometimes it hangs and brings me back to the app's home page.

PROS: I love that it doesn't take long to find my way around Breeze's system. I haven't used the tutorials yet, but I checked and saw they have a complete set for whatever you need. Breeze does what I need it to do, from website integration and event registration. It can even be integrated with Mailchimp, so I can send messages with the entire group or a smaller group with specific interests.

CONS: It would be great for branding capabilities to be more flexible on the registration pages, but not an urgent concern.

PROS: It's good that it has all of our data on file and we can easily monitor who among the team is in for the day.

PROS: Everything is on the cloud, which for us means we can access data anytime we need it and from anywhere we are. The special integrations are also great -- we can include photos and a calendar on our website so families can benefit and encourage more people to sign up.

CONS: Flexible formatting for the directory we print, plus a portrait orientation of photos would be great feature add-ons in the future.

PROS: Our volunteers and I like that Breeze is so easy to figure out, and it's cost-efficient too. the software might be specifically designed for chapels, but I think a lot of other groups will find it useful too. Their writeups are also helpful in terms of finding our way through the tool. Because it takes care of the admin side, Breeze enables us to focus on other business and how we can keep innovating.

CONS: Additional filter fields would be helpful, as well as third-party add-ons, so we can fully utilize the product according to what we need.
