CampDoc is an electronic health record system designed for summer camps by health care providers with camp experience. The application is offered by DocNetwork, an online and EHR systems provider for camps, schools, and child care institutions.
With CampDoc, camp doctors and nurses are able to instantly access health information when needed and also reduces the risks and liabilities the camp might sustain by ensuring the health and safety of all registered campers.
Furthermore, CampDoc also allows camp staff to keep accurate records for a more efficient record keeping. This makes the clinic more efficient and reduces the occurrences of mistakes by service providers.

PROS: We are a company that requires participants coming from different parts of the state to come into our facility and register to camp. For those clients who live from far away are having trouble registering, especially during the last-minute registration. But with CampDoc, everything can be done easily. Clients can register online and make the process paperless. The medical forms are just amazing, and I think this is a must-have camp program everyone should get.
CONS: We’re having trouble with the configuration of the platform to ensure it works well with our current system. Good thing, the customer service is available to answer our problems and concerns on that matter. They’ve figured out everything, and the platform then worked as expected.

PROS: I like that CampDoc has a team of professionals who dedicate their effort to help customers. They are timely in providing answers and manifest good attention to detail. I just love this team.
CONS: I don’t like that the software is not compatible with older browsers such as Internet Explorer. This gives some of our clients a hard time accessing the platform, especially the less tech-savvy ones. It could have been better if CampDoc is also working even with outdated browsers to make everything for our clients paperless during the registration process.

PROS: I like that CampDoc allows us to customize the camper profiles. Amazing!
CONS: I don’t like that the platform doesn’t come with a mobile app.
