PROS: It took me some time to get the hang of things while using Coupa. It's not that simple but not that complex either. I did a lot of self-study, and I'm proud to say that I've learned so many things by using Coupa, that's why it's worth buying.
CONS: It is not recommended for novice users because of its complexity. Give yourself more time to master the ins and outs of Coupla. Hopefully, the developer can find ways to create shortcuts on certain things to encourage more employees to use the platform.

PROS: What I like about this software is that it allows me to customize the platform to make it more comfortable to navigate. I can easily place all my orders and communicate seamlessly with all suppliers. Plus handling account payables are now done more straightforwardly because everything is under one single platform.
CONS: I always am having a hard time tracking online receipts and invoices using Coupa. I always end up asking for help whenever I need to look into past invoices which make me feel frustrated. Other than that I'm quite satisfied with the product.

PROS: I can easily order what our company needs. I type the items on the search bar, and it will automatically give me multiple options. It's like shopping in Amazon, swift, efficient, and accurate.
CONS: They need to upgrade some of their features, specifically the smartphone application, because I can only do minimal tasks. I am looking forward to seeing some changes in the future.

PROS: Before using Coupa, we do our procurement the old fashioned way through traditional phone calls, fax, and excel sheets. This process takes time to complete like weeks or months. I'm thankful for Coupa because we can purchase our supplies using one single platform. Besides its so easy to use because it's very similar to online shopping where you can add items directly into your cart. All I need to do is approve POs so the suppliers can process the transaction on their end.
CONS: It would be greatly appreciated if they can find ways to make shopping more comfortable for all users. For instance, the lines on a particular cart cannot be transferred to another shopping cart, so I have to create one from scratch. Also changing the items on my cart is quite challenging. I have to do it manually, which is quite tasking on my end since I'm usually dealing with large quantities.

PROS: There is no need to invest in other platforms to meet our supply needs. Coupa can give you everything that you need without spending too much time ordering what your company needs and wants.
CONS: Sometimes it undergoes system issues without giving us any heads up. You'll end up reprocessing all of your orders because it won't push through.

PROS: One of the best things that I appreciate about Coupa is its flexibility. Imagine the amount of workload that I have to deal with daily, and there are times that I have to bring some of my workloads at home. I am thankful that Coupa has remote and mobile access which is not being offered in other procurement software. Its functionality is way above average plus we were able to adapt to the system because we were able to customize it by using our terminologies and applying some of our existing methods as well. I bought this product online and called their support team to help me install Coupa on both my laptop and mobile phone, and I am good to go. Also, I started keeping receipt, invoices and other data within the software because I feel more secure that I won't get lost or stolen as compared to filing them manually which is quite cumbersome and risky. With Coupa, I do not have to go through piles of email requests each day and make multiple follow-ups. I can easily view your pending POs, order status, payments and much more. Everything I need is available right in front of me. I can meet clients at a coffee shop, approve requests and process account payables in just one sitting.
CONS: There is nothing to complain about the product. I appreciate using it because the one that I had before has given me a lot of headaches. I'm contented with Coupa, and I'm willing to share my wonderful experience with other people.

PROS: I like the way Coupa is designed because it's smart and easy to figure out. Most of our employees are using it to procure office items and expedite the process and I'm getting a lot of positive feedback in return. With Coupa, department heads can place direct online orders to our suppliers but Procurement will always have the last say depending on the cost, quality, quality and other additional factors.
CONS: Coupa needs to work harder to improve their reporting features. I want reports to be complete, concise, and accurate, but for me to get all the information that I need I still have to pull up several resources to get the exact numbers. Manual report extraction takes me a lot of time to finish because I have to make sure that the numbers that I'm generating are correct and updated. Also, I wish that Coupa's support team can look into incorporating analytics into their reporting features. It's not only me, but there are hundreds of companies that depend on trend analysis to monitor their expenses and loans. Lastly, it would be great if almost all reporting sites can have the same dropdown features so, it would be easier for us to compare costs and supplier performance which would be very much appreciated.

PROS: I am relatively new to Coupa so I can say that I am still learning more about the product. I want to thank them for training us on how the product works. I was able to analyze the benefits of transitioning into Coupa and how it affects our industry. I also had an opportunity to meet long time clients and heard about their experiences with Coupa.
CONS: A lot of employees, including me, are struggling to learn the program. I'm happy that the company offered training classes, but it would be best if they divide it into two. One for the newbies or entry-level and the other type would be for those who are already familiar with Coupa.
I learned to use the app quickly plus my employees love it so much.

PROS: I was using a different platform for procurement before Coupa. I find Coupa very user-friendly plus, it is easy to integrate it with several third-party applications within the same platform. I think that will be a loyal customer of this product for a very long time.
CONS: I'm having some issues regarding a few modules that are included in the platform. I've raised concerns with regards to fixed assets, and support told me that they are trying to fix things on the backend. Sometimes I do struggle with managing inventory, but I'm finding ways to cope with it.
Quite challenging but it delivers exceptional results so I’m all for Coupa.

PROS: This platform comes with extensive product features that allow them to cater to all sorts of industries and various businesses. I appreciate that its capable of sending expenditure reports so all employees can see where the company is allocating its funds. Now that we have embraced Coupa into our company, our overall procurement workflow has improved
CONS: We experienced some minor issues during the first few months after onboarding the product. Although it's not that concerning we sent feedback to their support team. We appreciate the effort that they are making to improve the entire system which matters to most users. Another feedback coming from suppliers is that most of them are having challenges in using Coupa. The learning curve is longer but we're thankful that they are willing to make significant adjustments to make things work out.
Nothing beats Coupa in terms of performance and results.

PROS: When Coupa first came, I was quite hesitant to give it a try. However, I was surprised because I was able to adapt to it in less than one day. I can easily place orders to our suppliers online and vice versa.
CONS: I don't have anything bad to say about the product. It's well developed and ready to use by every type of business. So far, I haven't encountered any issues; it may sound unreal, but its the truth.

PROS: Coupa offers a fast track and a win-win solution for our employees and clients. Requests are made in real-time, and approvals can be done using your mobile phone. Also, employees love it because of its attractive looking and easy to use interface.
CONS: Currently, I can say that Coupa is working perfectly in the office. All requests and reports are being processed smoothly. Plus most of the suppliers are happy with the new system, so I guess that Coupa is doing a commendable job.
