CONS: support period only 90 days from installation, can't buy support periods

PROS: CS-Cart multi vendor uses the latest PHP for better performance and it has a greater support for payment gateways. If you are looking to have an online store that looks like Amazon online store look no further, CS-Cart is has almost all the features: - Multi-vendor accounts - Multi-store fronts - Payment redistribution to various vendors - Payment gateways - Products and Inventory Management - Addons if you want to extend the features

CONS: Probably adding 2FA with SMS notifications within the software for enhanced security.

PROS: We love how regular the updates are and the new responsive admin area is fantastic. What I really like is that while its a different system from regular CS-Cart, it feels seamless moving from a single vendor implementation to Multi-Vendor. We found setting up a marketplace to be hassle free and extending the functionality was straightforward to those that have worked with CS-Cart before.

CONS: I think as with all platforms of this complexity, no matter how easy you make it, there is always a bit of a learning curve, particularly if you have not used CS-Cart before. Having the support team on hand really helps in these instances. I don't really know how this could be further improved, my only advice to users is stick it out, learn the curve, you won't find another platform that gives the same value for the price.

PROS: The whole CS Cart Multi-Vendor System is great. CS Cart Multi-vendor software is out of the box and ready to be use system. No prior programming knowledge or website building knowledge is requested use with this CS Cart program. Alex and the team at CS Cart provides support though numbers video tutorials as well document tutorials. I used CS Cart Multi-vendor to build my online marketplace.

CONS: There is always a learning curve with any new system, especially if there is no prior programming knowledge. It takes discipline and dedication to learn the platform, but the CS Team technical support provides incredible assistance and suggests.

PROS: Very simple format that people have seen and/or used since the beginning of online stores so they have no trouble making a purchase

CONS: I have been a customer of cs-cart fro about 11 years. I was very happy with the product for many years but it seemed to come to a crawl with new advancements in the upgrades until I have seen very reason to use it anymore I bought the 2020 version and was very disappointing to the point that I regretted buying it. Customer service has gone from excellent to poor at best I paid to have them install the new app and ended up with 2 weeks of problems getting them to finish the job and my website was completely down and a loss a sales It was as if customer support had not ever done a new install.. Another problem is it seems a great many hackers seem to be attracted to cs-cart I get many fake spam attempts a day using the contact link and up to 15 fake customer signups a day even with the capta in place they seem to have a workaround so they can attempt to sign up many times within a minute apart and there is no capta available to even try and slow down the fake contact requests Steve

PROS: The best aspects include the dashboard and product listing areas. Its really easy to see all of the visitor interactions at a glance. Product listing is also effortless and simple.

CONS: The layout system could be allot better. Maybe even adding a "wysiwyg" solution for people who aren't use to tab based settings.

PROS: versatile, easy to use and configured. when I started the online business I was a simple PC user and I managed to configure the store myself in a short while

CONS: many add ons are required for proper operation and some like basic payments and geolocation should be included in the basic package

PROS: - You have full access to the files and you can make all kind of tweaks and modifications since you have the source code. - The control panel is quite easy to explore and is convenient for daily operation. - There is a visual composer to create and edit the layout of your pages. - There is a lot of online support from the CS-CART communities and forums. - You can add useful functions because there are several 3rd party plugins available. - The Customer support is helpful and they respond quickly. - You can try the product for 30 days for free

CONS: - The visual and the mobile optimization aspects can be improved, although there are several themes available for purchase that solve these issues pretty well.

PROS: For a very small business owner I don't have the resources to have an IT staff member. CS-Cart provides me the confidence and ability to manage my own website with my modifications/updates looking like paid professional work.

CONS: Phone support is about the only item that I believe could be improved. They make great products at an affordable price for small business owners like me.

PROS: Plenty useful addons in installation, very easy to use, best solution for e-commerce, definitely worth money you pay

CONS: Better option to transfer all data to fresh installation. Im using this software for 7 years, and i m upgraded store with addons from different developres, which now are in standalone installation so after 7 years of upgrades it`s time to transfer data to freshly installed software.

PROS: Its simple, easy to use and non technical users who can just surf internet can also build their own ecommerce market place.

CONS: There is little bit problem on upgrading the products some times.

PROS: Simplicity in making complex website design changes.

CONS: An easier Undo button when you make a change you don't want to save. The cancel button still makes the change.

PROS: Very intuitive, easy to use on any function and page.

CONS: Perhaps the interface with data external to the xml type program.

PROS: easy to use, very good support from the company, many alternatives for parameterization of the page

CONS: I do not Have any

PROS: We have found that this product has so many excellent e-commerce features out of the box, it's the only e-commerce platform we use

CONS: We were very happy and didn't find anything problematic

CONS: upgrade center: i think its must be better and simpler without unnecessary detailed. update add-ons: It needs to be more complete in some parts, without need to uninstall previous versions. notifications: i cant clear all notifications with one click and once together. Vendor should have facility to add their own promotions valid only for their store. The layout system could be allot better. Maybe even adding a "wysiwyg" solution for people who aren't use to tab based settings.

PROS: comprehensive and robust Easy to use and it has all the feature required to develop a marketplace

CONS: Very few experts who can customized with quality framework

PROS: it allows vendors to create their own multiple layout of their each page.

CONS: Vendor should have facility to add their own promotions valid only for their store.

PROS: Allows us to have multiple websites with a simple view of all sites, export orders and be in control of our content.

CONS: Upgrades have to be done via cpanel and if not that tech savvy then we sometimes struggle. Also have to amend some fields to show ABN on invoices

PROS: Available features and functions, installation and configuration ease, intuitive.

CONS: There should really be an ability to share products between stores. The settings and administrative functions could easily be consolidated.

PROS: Ease of use, great community support, unlimited products, and runs very fast

CONS: I’m not the best programmer or net guru so upgrading requires me to hire a tech, so wish the upgrades were more mainstream

PROS: Cs-cart multivendor has many features that ready to use and start up right away for small and medium business. Cs-cart is easy to use with detail documentation. Customer support are very friendly and useful. With what i said, NO Magento or Woocommerce multivendor can give business these features to start up right away.

CONS: Lately CS-cart release new model which has multivendor plus that including more features and mobile app. This cost more but i think it is not relevant because customers like to have their options to choose for mobile app separately, not including because it will make their startup cost lower. After customer support expired, they need to be clear more on credit support and be more fair to customer before they charge it.

PROS: The best aspect of this product is the skeleton model they provide but other than that if you really want to get into real ecommerce stuff you need way more than add ons for their software

CONS: The support is the worst. Its actually really really awful. This is the worst of all. Please dont expect any FREE support from this guys. Even if there is a BUG in their software and you try to point it to them they will charge you. Even if you ask them the location of the file in the ticket they will charge you. Any small issue you are going to ask them, they are going to charge you per ticket no matter if that really dont need any coding or if they have to fix their own issue. They will never let you know where the money is spend on and what ticket. If you guys are buying the software from them, great but please dont ever pay any support to these guys because they wont talk, ever write a word of it unless you dont put money in their account.

PROS: - Easy to administration panel compared to what in market specially the part related to views. - Organized code base with API catalog, neat documentation which makes development easy. - Rich community of developers and addons.

CONS: - Providing more themes on the marketplace.

PROS: A lot of addons available, quite a lot of options built in. Very flexible.

CONS: Old technology, and sometimes very tricky to understand (reports for example).

PROS: If you are fast with typing you can start to sell products with CS-Cart Multivendor 4-5 hours after downloading the product ... that's fantastic!!! It's very simple to handle multiple vendors: - You can add different comission rates to different vendors - You can have different shipping methods for different vendors and many more The software comes with many add-ons, so you don't have to ask a coding expert to make new functions ... perhaps an add-on already exists. And if you need some support ... it's amazing and not too expensive

CONS: To set the shipping methods correct is not very easy for some of my vendors ... so they often need help. But that's the only point where we think it could work better

PROS: Excellent to customize Huge number of Add ons and Themes available Easy to use and extend functionality for programmers Constant Updates and upgrades Excellent Support and third party developers

CONS: For me as a single person startup and in a low currency country its a bit expensive but with the promo I got a very good offer. I think it can be a bit more flexible in terms of payments. Or because its one time payment solution I would say that's acceptable.
