CS OrthoTrac helps enhance productivity starting with its flexible Appointment Scheduler. This intuitive tool detects the optimal appointment times so that specialists can easily choose the schedule that works best for them. It has rescheduling capabilities, options for multi-location scheduling, and more. The feature also integrates with other programs to access a patient’s contact and clinical information.  

Practice Management tools include daily “To-Do” lists that are automatically prioritized for easy supervision. An Office Expert recognizes action items and offers recommendations for solving them.  

CS OrthoTrac’s Patient Tracking capabilities include access to  procedure codes, appointment history, and scanned/automated correspondence. A Contact Expert feature generates customized reports to track patients.

Orthodontic establishments can maximize profitability starting with detailed Referral Tracking, which sorts referral lists by number, charges, contracts, or payments. It can also display and print data in list or graph formats. Users are made aware if there is a decline in patient referrals from outside doctors via a Wilting Referral Report, while a Referrals Out Report lists the number of patients the user has referred out over a specified time period. These data can be processed to generate detailed reports that identify the best referral source, determine overall quality, and find untapped areas of profit.

Payment Management features can display and set up contracts, including balloon and monthly payment terms. Tools under this feature allow users to process insurance claims and accounts much quickly. Balances between patients can also be split and variable contracts can be set up. There are also options for credit card transactions and recurring payments.  

Report generating capabilities help users manage cash flows as they are able to identify accounts receivables, collections, and overdue accounts. A detailed Treatment Card allows specialists to review how many aligners a patient has been given, complete with document prescription instructions and duration. Workflows and navigations are streamlined so that users can make better decisions much faster. Patient Compliance Monitoring capablities help coach patients effectively thanks to easily accessible treatment progress information.
