PROS: Everything is linked so even if one employee decides to leave, we still have all the data we need to continue functioning. It's easy to track and order the products we need for our store.
CONS: I feel some steps shouldn't be required. There are some repetitive processes. Some functions also don't link, so this becomes additional work for us.

PROS: The user interface is nice, and provides a clean appearance. In addition, the pricing is fair for the features it provides.
CONS: The website is clean, but it is terribly slow. It's been an issue in the past but it's been manageable. With our company growing really rapidly, it's no longer able to meet our needs. Additionally, the website down-time is unacceptable. Usually about 5-30 minutes every day, but last Friday it went down for 2 hours when we needed it full-time amongst 3 users. This was an inconvenience to say the least, but I can't say we were surprised. The support team is about as helpful as eating cereal with a fork. They send vague and unhelpful reassurances that something is being done, which I can appreciate, but nothing is ever actually fixed. The replies from their support team always leaves me more confused about what the issue was than I was before. Overall, we keep using them because it's just too hard to move away from them. If I could suggest that you don't take on a cheaper service such as DEAR with plans to move on in the future, I think that you would be better off with a slightly more spendy option.

PROS: It integrates well with our CMS and works great with our connected channel sales manager. We can also easily add products by category.
CONS: Different sales data is sometimes shown on the dashboard, which can be confusing. The rfid connection is also quite weak.

PROS: Integrates with Woocommerce and Shipstation - sort of. There are times when this breaks.
CONS: The integration works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. The customer service is more likely to blame you for a problem you bring to them instead of looking at the code. For example, you can upload your products from Woocommerce. It should build the SKU's in Dear. However, it doesn't always work. You contact them and they tell you to do it again and you do it again for 3 x 4 times. At the end, they recommend that you upload the product from Dear to Woocommerce which destroys the content you have on the page for SEO unless the system pulled it down first, and it barely ever does that, or you have the foresight to leave it open you can copy and paste it back in after Dear is done ravaging your business and taking away your traffic.
