PROS: eCompliance allows me to oversee our construction sites without having to be there physically. Back and forth communication between the workers and me have been smooth sailing and fast thanks to its clean and reliable design.
CONS: So far, using this app has gone by without a hitch--or at least none that their IT team couldn't address right away.

PROS: eCompliance makes safety management portable without compromising on in-depth audits and investigations. It makes it easier for management to communicate with workers in the field to ensure that safety protocols are practiced and enforced. I think that it's a genius solution for the younger workforce to stay safe who are on the job.
CONS: Their customer service reps are quite difficult to contact. It can be incredibly frustrating during equipment audits, where we usually need confirmation on newly imposed regulations and conventions.

PROS: eCompliance really lets you get down to the nitty and the gritty by allowing you to tailor its functions based on your department's particular needs. We've been able to customize our experience with this app entirely. The pricing is not too bad, either.
CONS: It would be nice if they were to incorporate other languages. I had to reluctantly switch to another solution because the app is only available in English.
