Enablon EHS Review

PROS: Enablon is mainly used in our company for EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety). It captures and visualizes important data through its integrations. It's also fairly easy to use the software.

CONS: The programming language used by Enablon is a bit outdated. I wish they could make the programming simpler so that many more people could appreciate it.

PROS: Enablon is good data and information management software. It's so versatile and it filters your data accordingly to quickly analyze and retrieve the information you need. It's helpful, especially during planning and reporting.

CONS: The proficiency of the software takes time to be reached. Basic users might find it hard to use get what they need, let alone navigate through the app. Training for basic users is really needed.

PROS: This is an easy-to-learn program. All the user has to do is to choose from a dropdown menu to fire off a command.

CONS: The only downside to this that I can think of is that it takes a while to create documents inside this program.

PROS: One might think that pollution tracking is reserved exclusively to determining the amount of carbon in the environment, but Enablon understands the need of companies (like mine) to find other sources that are equally harmful. This program allows us to update the dashboard based on what we immediately need.

CONS: My colleagues and I continue to struggle with training new hires because of the lack of resources that this program provides. They have training available but at a premium price, a cost that we can't afford to shell out.

PROS: Enablon has been such a reliable assistant to our daily operations at work. Through it, we can easily search for and retrieve files from our database. Uploading files (regardless of their formats) is quite easy to do too.

CONS: I've been using this tool since 2 or 3 employments ago and I haven't found any major issues yet.

PROS: Enablon is one of those tools that does its job well without unnecessary complications. It's very simple and straightforward. Plus, one of the best things about Enablon is that I always get options, be it for the templates for reports or the personalization of the dashboard. This much attention to personalization is always welcome when it comes to working with this kind of program. I love how it is available on mobile too. I can easily QA stuff on-the-go, and employees can continue working on their reports even when they are out on the field. This, alongside its ability to be all-inclusive, has increased my productivity levels. I have significantly trimmed down the time I usually spend on creating presentations. To top it all off, they have a very competent support team backing up their operations too. They always know how to help you out

CONS: The only downside to this program is its cost. Although we do well for ourselves in the company, the cost of Enablon still adds up to a whopping amount in a year. We have made sure to maximize the uses of this program, however, we can't keep but consider other solutions that might cost us just a fraction of what we currently pay Enablon.
