PROS: Business analytics are very useful. Most screens are very functional and easy for users to follow.
CONS: When there are system or program problems, it takes a while for things to get fixed. You'll get a quick response from CSR's but then if it goes into programming, you may wait months or longer. However, unless you are convinced to spend more money with upgrades, you may be stuck with what you have. It seems there is much time spent on newer versions but not enough time correctly the problems with the older versions.

There are lots of repetitive information to enter into multiple different "tables" with no cross checking between tables. The support team are an absolute nightmare. Leave tickets open for month with no resolve. Don't have any accounting background so don't fully understand issues or expectations. No checks and balances in place to ensure errors don't occur. (eg. Can easily have an unbalanced TB, Entries disappear from the system daily). Overall just an extremely poor accounting ERP, and I would never recommend this product to anyone wanting a safe system to use.
