Finale Inventory Review

PROS: We are currently using this platform to monitor inventory on all of our online stores. I like the layout of the platform because everything is available in front of you, plus it's easy to understand things. I can easily pull out reports, monitor sales, and transfer stocks from one store to the other. It also allows me to see how much profit we're making on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis plus I can see the performance of different stores by simply using the filters.

CONS: They need to work on enhancing some of its features, such as client management. I'm always getting questions if it's okay to share a file to the client. The email address is not being saved on the contact list so I end up typing it manually which should not be the case.

PROS: Ever since we decided to shift to a new inventory system with is Finale, I have seen a lot of positive changes in our day to day operations. We started the implementation process about six months ago to our major warehouses across several parts of the country. We can easily do remote inventory, add and transfer stocks by only using one tool. Also, we can easily monitor our sales, refunds, and have visibility on the actual number of damaged items we have. In a nutshell, I can say that using Finale is a big help in our business. It does a great job of doing inventory and tracking sales which is very much appreciated.

CONS: I can't think of any cons about this product because it helps us do accurate and large scale inventory. It's easy to use and very reliable. I am hoping that more companies would decide to use this platform for them to see a big difference.

PROS: It is simple to use however this is also a negative.

CONS: The system is clumsy and looks like cheap software and the customer service and onboarding is amongst the worst in the industry. Also, their system is slow and stalls regardless of the browser you are using. You have to click multiple times just to affect one objective.

PROS: Finale Inventory is a wonderful platform that does a lot of things for the business. From sales, inventory, and pricing you name it, they've got it. The best thing I like about the product is its capability to create barcodes that I attach to my products. Plus it also comes with a product scanner that is not available in other apps.

CONS: Some features are not that consistent like the barcode scanner. There are days that it works fine, but most days it won't work on my laptop. Also, for me to produce/print product labels, I have to declare that I have received the items on my end, which I hate doing.
