PROS: The operating system is highly visual and readable. But for whatever is frustrating, I can have virtual support people to talk to me via the video call service. The quality of service is excellent. What's even great is how inexpensive every service is on a regular basis.

PROS: The best aspect of GoToConnect is their 24/7 support team. When you have issues with your phones, immediate support is a must-have and you get that with GoToConnect. Their Technicians are able to remotely access your computer in a supportive environment and this allows them to really assess the ongoing issues. Next to that I believe must be given attention is that at the regular price you get all types of strategies. If you just want and get the most out of a telephone network, GoToConnect will let you do that without running up extra costs. There are many operating systems with a small initial fee, but you increased your bill by the time you established your PBX because you used standard functions such as Auto Attendants and Virtual Faxes. Integrations too seem to be something GoToConnect is ready to work with. And in some situations, their staff members will always work with any integration you are interested in to see if they can make it work! I also discover a multitude of values to ease the ordering new contact details and then tracking the numbers stats. At basically no expense, you could handle the productivity of hundreds of advertising programs at once. Exact statistics about how many people called the number you promoted.
CONS: The installation of the GoToConnect is difficult. If the developer does not make an effort to come to know the GoToConnect software, they will not capable to operate it effectively.

PROS: The sales agent was so very patient with our business even though there were multiple changes in the contract signing schedules. When we finally agreed to sign the papers, the still gave us two months free of charge! The staff was very helpful during the whole orientation procedure and helped us use the PBX app and all its features. They went into a variety of specifics about the Dial System but also made a good procedure/tips I can use later on! Their support staff has assisted us constantly whenever we experience difficulties, dealing professionally with us in the like of internet access issues in our new office and so forth.
CONS: Most of the smartphones we got were unable to connect automatically to the DHCP server, which the technical assistance did not explain why some of our staff were unable to use our devices for 2 weeks hence were required to use their mobile phones to contact their customers.

PROS: GoToConnect is a great VOIP system. Xlite or SoftPhone can be included to be used as well as in hardphone.
CONS: I hope they also have their own user interface and smartphone software. It'smazing to have it with you while you're away. Voicemail is not the strongest thing, either. You have email files, therefore it will be awesome if you had a copy so you could just view it.

PROS: GoToConnect provides simple versatility to configure the telephone network to match your unique needs and we value telephone operational support when needed. Costing is fantastic, and the ability to build as we expand! Quickly on a question emerged from an in-house technical consultant who had not known of GoToConnect. The concern was that this was a new business that might refuse and leave us trapped. GoToConnect does not let us loose and continues to function our market needs!
CONS: The GoToConnect smartphone software is oftentimes confusing (we've had several phone calls that displayed missed calls but didn't ring) although we informed that the system is constantly being updated and we believe it will develop over time. We have discovered that both smartphones and the GoToConnect web software are needed to be updated on the latest versions to run smoothly.

PROS: GoToConnect is very simple to install, set up, and manage. It's a very highly effective software for communication that seamlessly substitutes our PBX platform. Customer support / Help Line personnel is awesome. They've been staying with us from the start until now. Every time we call and have a question, there is always somebody who's effective, optimistic, and skillful that assist us. Creating program improvements is very simple to learn the process, and the mobile application for the communication method is fantastic.
CONS: That we weren't changing later. Seriously, even the application software can be somewhat hard to maneuver, but you could still get everything you want using the search tool and be patient to wait. Additionally, as with any VoIP program, if you have service provider/hardware problems, your GoToConnect provider is also disabled.

PROS: GoToConnect is very convenient to use. The drag-and-drop interface is easy to use and incredibly effective. Customer support and technical support are outstanding. Either in a phone conversation or an email service assistance. The GoToConnect employee takes extra care of its users. GoToConnect does not necessarily charge for additional expertise, like other VOIP services. Its value is clear. Their system is highly efficient, with no delays we've ever encountered. They do have HIPPA standard safety accessible.
CONS: I want to see GoToConnect provide additional marketing and advertising solutions, such as messaging or phone conversation promotions with CRM process and prospect monitoring/automation. I also would like to see Keap / diverse technological combination.

PROS: GoToConnect had already done a great job of helping our staff since we shifted off our former phone systems. I enjoy the visual application navigation system which can be direct to a different route from any device that is connected.
CONS: I've was informed that somehow a service provider has service issues in their call lines again after split-ring.
