PROS: We have found great solution to host a webinar, send out invitations, save and share the webinars. GoToWebinar has great price and it depends upon the number of attendees. If you want to have successful sales then creating a webinar is a must, because you can share the idea/content/product directly to your customers.
CONS: I don’t like the pop-ups for chatting or joining, they are really annoying.
The least favorable review
PROS: If it worked, I could answer this... but unfortunately, the only time we tried to use the solution for a mission critical business meeting, it failed.
CONS: Audio failed completed for 15 minutes

PROS: GoToWebinar gets the job done. It has little lag time when it comes to broadcasting when comparing to other solutions. Once you make a webinar you will see how simple this product is and you’ll start to check each box on the webinar checklist.
CONS: When clicking the record button I’m not sure whether is recording or not. Also, there are some bugs when conducting a presentation. But on the other side, the new version is great and it doesn’t require downloading plugin and they have really improved the interface and now we can easily manage attendee comments and questions.

PROS: GoToWebinar works perfectly, even though there are some things that need improvements, it gets the job done. There is little lag time when broadcasting compared to other software that streams content. When you get more than one webinars you’ll see that the product is easy to use and you’ll start checking every box on the webinar checklist.
CONS: There are lot of tasks and things to remember but the clicking the record button seems overlooked and I’m not sure whether is recording or not. It would be great if they could make the system to record the session by default. I have found that GTW can be buggy when conducting presentation including audience questions or chatting in the same time. In new beta version there is no need for downloading plugin and I think that the new interface works better and we can easily manage attendee comments and questions.

PROS: We use GTW to share and present specific clinical education across our health region. It is simple to use and it is very useful for people who are in health care and for those who try to expand their professional development. The system and its controls and layouts are easy to use and are highly intuitive for our audience especially for those who are unfamiliar with the online education. The price is reasonable and depends of hosted webinars and the average number of attendees I think it’s approximately 50-100 per course.
CONS: I have found out that when performing group sessions there comes some skips when using the record option, but I think this has more with connection issue than with the software itself.

It has easy to use layouts that are intuitive and user-friendly. It can be used even by those who do not have some tech skills. PROS: I really love registration pages that offer 2 section of branding. Sometimes I host guests on the webinars and it’s is great thing to promote my company’s products as well as our client’s company.
CONS: To be honest, I don’t really like reporting. This program provides various reports for the webinar you want. It can be frustrating to force the users to find the webinar every time they need to run a report.

PROS: This app allows us to perform various types of webinars and to include poll questions, handouts, multiple speakers and many other functions. At the beginning you will feel like it is a complex tool to learn and work with but once you start using it, it will become simple and you will experience all its benefits. I like the design of the control panel and it offers great set of modules.
CONS: It has some bugs and it depends of internet connection. Also, when presenters want to change their roles the presentation goes on hold it doesn’t transfer the presenter’s screen to the next presenter’s screen.

PROS: The process of setting up and scheduling webinars is easy and there is even an option to automatically link the info to eTrigue marketing system. The registration pages are superior to other products. I like that there is discrete URL for registration and it is very easy to handle it. I can easily share the URL with source tracking which is easily accomplish. Video production is straightforward, it allows you to save the files on your PC, convert to MP4/WMV, save a copy on its server, download it, and many other options.
CONS: GTW offers to versions one “new” and other “old”. I have to say that I’m more comfortable with the old one, in the newer version the options are in different areas, but they both work perfectly. It would be great if they could include some tweaks to localization for webcasts.

PROS: First of all, I like the quality and innovation of the team behind GoToWebinar. It’s great presentation tool with great set of feature. I use this product few years and I have seen great progress when it comes to the functionality and usage. The interface is more intuitive and user-friendly, they have improved the record and reports features, they have added Handouts feature as well. Secondly, I have to say that it has great, knowledgeable and straightforward support team, whenever I have run into some issue they have helped me to fix the problem, they quickly answer my questions. I’m using this product so many years and all I have to say that the product will grow and will improve itself.
CONS: I use almost all Citrix products starting from GoToWebinar, to GoToMeeting and I plan to start using the GoToTraining, but what I want to say when it comes to the “dislike” section is the fact that you cannot find same features in all these three products. I have favorite feature in GTM but the same feature doesn’t exist in GTW. Also, I would like to know how the “Attentiveness” score is calculated, I’m not sure but I think that it calculates the number of times the attendee use other windows during the webinar. And the last thing is about some features that I believe are still being tested but the problem is that those feature couldn’t be find easily, my team doesn’t know where to find them.

PROS: This software provides high-quality of audio and video compared to other conference tools I have used. And this is the main reason why I still use the GoToWebinar. The other thing I like about this software is its integration with HubSpot marketing software.
CONS: What I don’t like is the fact that I need to convert webinar recording files manually and then to upload it back into the platform also manually, it’s time consuming. It would be great if they could implement an option for automatically convert and attach webinar recording.

PROS: I like that through this app we can schedule a webinar within a minute. We can send the invitation link quickly. We are able to keep track of all attendees, registrants and the time they spend on the webinar.

PROS: GoTowebinar allows us to host a webinar, send out invitations for our customers. The other good thing is that we can always save and share the webinars at any time. Pricing is great and depends upon the attendees. I have found that the best strategy for successful sales is by making webinars, because you can share your product/content/idea directly to your customers while they feel comfortable at their home. Its app is alsoe great.
CONS: The pop-ups can get frustrating sometimes and I think that there is no need of pop-ups for chatting or joining.

PROS: GoToWebinar is easy to set-up, it allows you to set reminders and track your attendees, there is even a possibility to record the sessions and send them. With this product webinars are made simple and everyone can make one and look like professional.
CONS: To be honest, I cannot manage all webinars, and that’s not the software fault but how I use it. It would be great if they could make bulk changes to numerous webinars, I think it would be helpful. I would like to have savable templates as well. I have heard that creating own brand templates can be hard thing to do. They need to make the software more flexible for signup and template emails instead of doing this externally and all by myself.
