PROS: With HCSS HeavyJob, all my foremen working on job sites are given the ability to place the data into the system. This means that I don’t need to worry about moving numbers or not having all the data directly. They will be the ones who will get the data and have them placed in the system.
CONS: It is hard to recognize if an error occurs while using the software. Perhaps adding more validation would help.

PROS: I like that it is integrated with HeavyBid. I also like the production planner and production and cost analysis functionalities. The help desk is responsive, as well.
CONS: The visuals lack some appeal. It should be improved more.
