PROS: For standard stuff, like leases, expenses, recording rent payment, etc the software is free. That's pretty awesome. There are some fancier options as well that look really good, I just haven't implemented them yet. But for keeping track of expenses/income on properties, it's awesome.
CONS: I haven't really had any issues with the portions that I use.

PROS: I'm a first-time DIY landlord, and Innago has been a great tool to stay organized and interact professionally with my tenants. I like that I am able to track my utility expenses within Innago, and it's nice to have the option to attach PDFs to my expenses to track receipts in one place. This will make my rental income/expenses much easier to track and will come in handy for taxes. I appreciated the lease templates to get started, but being able to upload my own lease PDFs after a few tweaks has also been very helpful. I used Innago for my rental applications and lease process, and it was easy to share the links with prospective tenants. It made it easy to request background and credit checks for prospective tenants in one place. I look forward to continuing to use Innago for my DIY property management in the future. The webinars provided by Innago are also very helpful for getting started and learning how to continue to make the most of Innago for my circumstances.
CONS: I think that parts of the online portal and app are not as aesthetically appealing as some of the other platforms that I considered, but the variety of features and ease of use make it well worth it to continue to use Innago, especially since it was free to use.

PROS: Very self-intuitive to setup and it has all you need as a landlord. Best of all you have all documentation and finances in one spot.
CONS: When posting a listing is a bit confusing when the listing will be posted and keep track of how many people have been clicking in you advertisement. Also is a bit hard to understand if people will be applying through the third party company (Zillow, rent.com, etc) or though innago.

PROS: I love how intuitive and easy to navigate the platform is. It saves me a ton of time with rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance tracking all in one place. The automated reminders and financial reporting tools are also incredibly helpful—huge time-savers and very professional.
CONS: The only thing that was hard for me was moving tenants from one unit to another.

PROS: The best aspects of Innago are how easy it is to use and how much value it offers for free. The platform is straightforward, with helpful tools for rent collection, lease management, and communication all in one place. I also like that it guides you through the setup process, which is great for someone new to being a landlord. Everything feels well thought out and reliable.
CONS: So far, the experience has been very positive, but there are a couple of things that could be improved. The mobile experience could be a bit smoother, especially when trying to navigate between different sections. It would also be helpful to have a few more built-in tips or examples when setting up leases for the first time. Overall, though, these are minor issues compared to how well the core features work.

PROS: I primarily use Innago to invoice tenants and collect rent. Innago's feature set is what won me over other platforms. For example, I own some student housing. I like the software's ability to automatically invoice the co-tenants, provide periodic notices, allow them to pay their share individually, yet hold them accountable as a group (through late fees) if one of them doesn't pay their share.
CONS: It is a fairly robust platform and I only use some of the features. For example, I don't use the maintenance functionality. One area for future improvement would be to make the user interface more adaptable/configurable to how individual users actually use the platform.

PROS: For what I need to use it for, hands down the best part about it is that it's no cost to me as a property manager. Being that I don't have to pay for it on my end the program provides immense value for me to run my operations. I'm also a fan of their delicacy towards personal information.
CONS: I think for someone who is brand new to the program, providing a better step by step process of completing their profile/account would cancel out any confusion. Currently the progress bar for completion that I have at the top of my page says I have 2/5 completed in my setup, even though I have completed all 5.

PROS: I've been using Innago for a while now and it's made managing my rental properties so much easier. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, and I love how simple it is to track invoices and expenses—especially when it's time to do taxes. Everything is just in one place and easy to find. Their customer service is also excellent. Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and really helpful. Overall, it’s a solid, easy-to-use tool that makes property management way less stressful. Highly recommend.
CONS: The only thing I wish was better is the ACH payment speed—it takes a few days for the money to hit my account, which can be a bit slow. But overall, Innago is a really solid tool that I’d definitely recommend to other landlords.

PROS: It is a complete package and pricing is clear from the beginning. It is fast and efficient even with multiple properties and businesses I have to juggle. I saw that it would even allow me to juggle many companies individually so I can post revenue and expenses to the individual LLCs that own the properties instead of all to one. Very good system.
CONS: Just the sign up was tricky becase I juggle several partnerships but now that I've learned how to use the system, I likely didn't need to do that so that really is NOT a problem.

PROS: Innago is simple to use. I am not tech savvy yet was able to set it up on my own with ease! It is FREE to use! I didn't believe it at first, but it is true! I haven't been charged anything and have been using it for awhile now. It helps manage the properties and is great for tenants as well since it sends reminders to them if they pay late.
CONS: I had experienced trouble and tried to call to get it resolved but went to voicemail. Would have loved instantaneous assistance. However, with emails, they did reply quickly.

PROS: For me, the best aspect of Innago is their option for online rent payment. We’ve been trying to transfer as many of our tenants to paying online as possible, and Innago provides a good service - for free! They offer a few really key options for rent collection, too, like the ability to edit rent for pro-rated amounts, charge late fees automatically, and allow the landlord to select if they would like their tenant to pay the transaction fee, or the landlord. Right now we have it set up so that we pay for bank transfers (a $2-3 fee per transaction), but if the tenant wants to pay with a credit or debit card, they must cover that charge (I think it’s 3% of the total amount).
CONS: As of May 2025, the only complaint I have about Innago is that they don’t currently offer a Spanish language option, which many of my tenants would need. Hopefully Innago is able to add a Spanish option down the line!

PROS: Innago automatically alerts tennants when amounts are due and allows them to remit online. The funds are automatically deposited into our property management account.
CONS: The default view of income and expenses reflects the current month. Perhaps this can be changed but we would prefer to see a year to date view as the default.

PROS: I like that I can automate payments, request maintenance tickets and have a dedicated support rep that always answers my questions. I like that I can keep my expenses down since this is a free software.
CONS: I think the only thing that could be better would be using the app. There are some lags there but the web platform is amazing.
