PROS: Invoca gives a topnotch user experience through its easy to use interface. It is easily customizable because of its handy plugins and reporting capabilities, making it suitable for different businesses. It is best, however, for companies that leverage on performance marketing effort. In addition, it has a powerful AI signal feature, as well as other innovative functions that you can’t easily find elsewhere. Kudos to the Invoca team too, since their friendly staff always give us top-notch services and support to satisfy our needs.

CONS: I wish Invoca would become available to more countries outside the USA. The reporting feature should be enhanced by adding call low visualization tweaks as well. Finally, I notice some problems with the platform when dealing with cross-domain monitoring.

Some enhancements would be great for Invoca as well, such as incorporating geographic details to child campaigns for easier use. I imagine having some checkboxes to simply tick on each item.

PROS: Invoca has fantastic customization features because it allows us easily modify the platform depending on our specific needs. This makes it perfect for accommodating clients that have different needs and preferences. Invoca is also very powerful because it is efficient in covering all data we handle, no matter how large the information is. It's no question why we trust Invoca throughout the years of using it.

CONS: There are clients who only want to use Invoca as a mere tool in their projects, instead of fully integrating it. Thus, we encounter problems when Invoca isn’t completely used in a campaign.

PROS: Invoca is a robust call tracking tool that allows us to efficiently link calls to cookie IDs and sessions. This is very valuable in grabbing accurate attributions these days. Not to mention that Invoca has a great customer support team with friendly staff. And all of them are professional in providing help to us from the start.

CONS: I have some false expectations with how it works with Google Ad because I thought that Invoca would let us incorporate promo numbers into the PPC ads. However, it only lets us redirect the audience from the ads to the website, and then we’ve discovered that most customers actually call from the ads. I hope this issue has been clarified right during the buyer’s journey. Say, it is best to inform about such a feat is possible only when the user implements java scripts, and if a host website would allow the job.

PROS: Data that we can grab from Invoca is complete and highly detailed, and we can easily view such information clearly on the platform. It lets us easily generate new numbers too, then we can use them immediately afterward.

CONS: Invoca should improve the process of updating marketing information. We are having too many difficulties that we often need to pass such sensitive data to the support team to complete the updates. Also, Invoca cannot create numbers in a huge amount at once. And because we need to create hundreds of numbers every now and then, our staff often need to consume lots of working hours to complete the job.

PROS: Invoca lets us conduct real-time and highly detailed analytics over our marketing efforts efficiently. That’s with the help of its unique but robust call tracking system. This is enabling us to make instant decisions regarding some modifications over performance as well as respond to data from such performance. It is helpful for implementing the best campaign improvements among others too. Moreover, we have significantly bolstered Invoca platform in our company with the help of the user support staff. This means big scaling for our business too.

CONS: Invoca doesn’t instantly send call data. That’s why we think that a ping-post tool would be useful when made available on the platform. That would help us offer a set of data to buyers that would help them choose if they’d accept certain calls or not. That’s similar to how ping-posting works in lead distribution.

PROS: Invoca has many cool and handy features such as listening to a full call conversation or letting us search particular phrases to listen to. Such features are very easy to use and help us check each call in a little amount of time. Also, we appreciate the help that customer support is giving us. They’ve helped us throughout the setup process, then they continuously give us updates about the platform and its use.

CONS: The Invoca interface is somewhat difficult to understand. Yes, some features are easy to use. However, there are functions that we can’t easily find at first, such as importing number lists in CSV format, as well as the function to exclude certain numbers in an activity.

PROS: This tool lets me manage our marketing campaigns easily, and that is without calling their user support every now and then. That is how easy this to use. But when I need some assistance, their team is ready to guide me at any moment.

CONS: We experience some issues when logging into our Invoca accounts. We often fail when we use email addresses that are being used by our staff through different devices.

PROS: We can have a very clear view of all our offline and online channel credits with the use of Invoca. The platform also noticeably scales as time passes by, especially that it receives new and improved plugins for better performance.

CONS: This is not really an actual problem with Invoca but with our operations. We can’t get legal approval for the calls that we record. Solving such an issue means letting us do a lot of other big things in the company.

PROS: Invoca is a call tracking system that carries a lot of useful features. It has a highly organized data infrastructure that integrates network, profiles, marketing campaigns and generated contact numbers seamlessly. And it is perfect for helping our team in accurately tracking and analyzing calls that we make for each of our clients. Moreover, we like its UI because it suits our demands; whether we need to set up small or large quantities of campaigns. The setup process is easy, straight-forward, and is very easy to replicate as well. Lastly, we love how the CS team always helps us when we need support.

CONS: We are having some problems with the generation ratio of ring pools as well as with the retention of value. This pushes us to pull down the sizes of the ringpools that we have each week, and we do it manually for the best results. This is to keep their value from going too big while keeping the attribution score above 92%.

PROS: Offline call tracking isn’t a problem with Invoca because it does the job pretty well. It is very customizable too; meaning, we can easily make it suit our needs by tweaking tags and signals. The Invoca user support team is fantastic too.

PROS: Invoca is very valuable for our marketing efforts because it helps us come up with unique phone numbers to use in every campaign. It lets us set local phone numbers for localized marketing feats, as well as toll-free numbers for a wider audience. We can easily add and terminate numbers without hassle. It is easy to customize numbers according to certain protocols too. Then, the platform lets us track each number to observe all phone calls. It shows us complete information from each number we use. Meaning, we can observe how our respondents behave. This is essential for analyzing the results and performance of a marketing campaign. Moreover, Invoca lets us easily measure the number of calls we receive over a certain period. Invoca then allows us to pull-out such details through convenient reports. We can have reports in CVS or excel formats, depending on which we see fit. Plus, it lets us easily tweak data in the reports, such as customizing data ranges and fields among other variables.

CONS: We have noticed only a small number of problems with Invoca. First, it consumes a lot of time when processing and downloading huge bulks of data and information. Second, we need to pay more to generate more phone numbers through the platform; that is atop the initial payment we’ve made upon grabbing Invoca. Lastly, we’ve had difficulties syncing Invoca with Salesforce CRM. That is because the process demands expert IT knowledge to pull-off, which is something that our sales staff cannot do. And it is important to accomplish because we use Salesforce CRM in handling the leads we generate, and such a tool needs to work with Invoca for a more seamless operation.
