PROS: Technically it could (and should) have been user modifiable. Isometrix persuaded the Company not to make any use of such capabilities, and thus now has us stuck with an eternally unworkable and essentially useless platform following 6 wasted years of neverending redesign.
CONS: Management - The product in principle has many merits and could technically have been great to use, had multiple iterations of ever changing project managers not gone to great extents to ensure the 'user-modifiable' potential that originally drew us to it could never be realised, locking us into an unnecessarily complex system consistently breaking down and ever changing teams of developers with little to no understanding of requirements lacking the basic skills to do what users in the company could have done in a fraction of the time if granted the required access rights that were originally promised.
