PROS: This eliminates the need to be physically present when providing technical support to our coworkers. It allows me to assess the problems remotely and communicate what needs to be done to the person who needs help.

CONS: The copy and paste feature does not work properly at times and needs some improvements.

PROS: The software is cost-friendly and easy to configure and deploy. It also comes with several helpful integrations. We were tasked to come up with a WFH solution and this is the best that we found. Overall, it has been working wonders for our company.

CONS: Nothing. Our experience with LogMeIn continues to be trouble-free.

PROS: LogMeIn is one of the most user-friendly remote management solutions. It is compatible with several operating systems. With this software, our IT professionals can efficiently access our remote devices.

CONS: We wish the software would give us a more seamless experience and show us data that will help improve efficiency. We would also appreciate improved copy and paste capabilities and more integrations, like Hyper-V hosts. Lastly, we wish future versions would allow for the sharing of a remote connection among members of our IT team.

PROS: This platform has a friendly UI design. It is easy to get started using it.

CONS: We would benefit highly from an additional feature that would allow us to remove a license from a device.

PROS: This software beats its competitors in terms of user-friendliness. It allows us to conduct training sessions and provide assistance to our coworkers with ease. We love that it works well for mobile devices as well.

CONS: We are excited about the development of its beta remote viewer and other remote-access features.

PROS: We have had experiences with other similar software and this one has the best performance and mouse control. It offers stable connectivity and works seamlessly for remote management.

CONS: We hope dual monitor support would be improved in the future versions of this software.

PROS: This cost-friendly solution gives us access to all the necessary functions in our system. We have found ways to maximize the benefits we get from using this system and it works really well for us.

CONS: It would work for us even better if initial setups could be done remotely. We also would love it more if the platform would become more fit for collaborative work. For instance, it would be better if several people can access a single system at the same time. Lastly, we would appreciate an up-to-date patch management feature.

PROS: We love LogMeIn Central because of its unique features and friendly interface. It enables us to perform various tasks including accessing and sharing files, printing, and automating processes, among others. It also has excellent security features. They offer a free trial version of this software.

CONS: There are some issues when users access more than one device using this software. However, we still very much appreciate how it streamlined our processes and made remote work easier for us.

PROS: Our administrators use this for remote access to our machines. They love being able to check on the systems and work without having to interrupt the users.

CONS: LogMeIn can't be used simultaneously with MS Remote Desktop. Its performance is also less than ideal when two users are accessing the same machine at the same time.

PROS: LogMeIn makes it easy for me to access the files I have on a remote computer. I can also manage system updates and software installation through this software.

CONS: I think the software can still be improved in terms of power and stability.

PROS: LogMeIn is an extremely user-friendly solution for accessing and managing machines in a remote location. It also provides options for categorizing the machines we handle.

CONS: We hope the software's One2Many capability would improve. We also hope the software would work better with MacOS.

CONS: There are frequent changes to their subscription plans. We need some consistency in pricing for this to work better for us. We would also prefer it if pricing would be based on the exact number of devices.

PROS: LogMeIn has great capabilities for accessing unattended remote devices.

CONS: Perhaps they can improve the software for a better experience when signing off a computer as we encounter minor issues with this.

PROS: LogMeIn has been a reliable solution for adapting to the work-from-home setup due to COVID-19. We appreciate its user-friendly and efficient design.

CONS: We are satisfied with this software. It has met all our expectations.
