PROS: Our administrators use this for remote access to our machines. They love being able to check on the systems and work without having to interrupt the users.

CONS: LogMeIn can't be used simultaneously with MS Remote Desktop. Its performance is also less than ideal when two users are accessing the same machine at the same time.

PROS: LogMeIn is one of the most user-friendly remote management solutions. It is compatible with several operating systems. With this software, our IT professionals can efficiently access our remote devices.

CONS: We wish the software would give us a more seamless experience and show us data that will help improve efficiency. We would also appreciate improved copy and paste capabilities and more integrations, like Hyper-V hosts. Lastly, we wish future versions would allow for the sharing of a remote connection among members of our IT team.

CONS: It would work for us even better if initial setups could be done remotely. We also would love it more if the platform would become more fit for collaborative work. PROS: LogMeIn enables me to access all the systems that I need. It is equipped with capabilities that are helpful for deployment processes, reporting, and software update management. As IT professionals, this allows us to provide support to our coworkers in remote setups.
